This complimentary 60-minute call is included with any program and is your first step toward a healthier, stronger you! Here’s what we’ll cover:

• Goal-Setting: We’ll discuss your fitness and wellness goals, whether you’re looking to build strength, improve energy, or address specific challenges like core or pelvic floor issues.

• Challenges & Concerns: Share any obstacles you’re facing, such as prenatal/postnatal changes, hypermobility, or pain, and I’ll provide initial insights into how we can address them.

• Assessments: We’ll complete movement and pelvic floor assessments to understand your current baseline and identify areas of focus.

• Personalized Plan Overview: I’ll share how tailored strength training and/or nutrition coaching can help you achieve your goals while fitting into your lifestyle.
