Adjustments and modifications for different fitness levels, including prenatal/postnatal stages. Whether you are working out at home or in the gym, your program will adapt to whatever equipment you have available to you. • Video demonstrations and tips to ensure proper form and technique. • Enjoy the flexibility to workout on your own time and schedule. Each session will provide clear guidance, videos, and progress tracking through the app. I am available for questions, guidance, and help you make adjustments.
